Restaurants – from fast food to fine dining – are in abundance. The Fox Theatre and Ferst Center are within two miles of the neighborhood, offering live entertainment from nationally acclaimed performers.
Homes in the neighborhood are by and large traditional and maintain their value well. The neighborhood was established in 1922 and has a history of tradition behind it.
